RU OK? drop-ins  a weekly safe space to drop-in and talk to members of the player care and safeguarding team. We want to ensure you and those around you are okay, and if you are not, this is a virtual space to get some support. If you have any questions, please email us at:

How will the drop in work?
Only one person or family members joining together will be permitted into the meeting at a time. Two members of staff from the player care team or the safeguarding team will be in the call to listen and provide advice.

Do I have to book a slot?
No. You may have to wait a few minutes for a slot to become available but we aim to get to everyone who joins the call.

Will anyone know I have joined the call?
No. Your confidentiality is important to us. You will be in the virtual room with staff and will not be visible if you are in the waiting area.

What sort of things can I talk about?
Any concerns you have, however big or small about you or someone else, please drop in.

Can I just drop in for a chat?
Of course. We are living in strange times so sometimes a chat is all that’s needed.

Dates and times:

  • Every Monday during lockdown from 4 – 4.30pm.
  • Every Tuesday during lockdown from 12.30 – 1pm.
  • Every Thursday during lockdown from 6 – 6.30pm.
