Our health team is committed to supporting adults to make lifestyle changes to feel good and live well.

Pre-diabetes prevention programme

We run a free, three-hour programme for people who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or who have been identified as being at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. The course focuses on helping people reduce that risk and identifies small, manageable changes individuals can make to their diet, activity levels and other lifestyle factors.

Courses run across Mid Sussex in partnership with Mid Sussex District Council.

Wellbeing coaching

We offer free one-to-one support to people looking to make positive lifestyle changes and improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Working with Mid Sussex District Council, we provide support to people aged 18 or over who live in the local area.

Our wellbeing coaches can help you:

  • Increase your energy levels.
  • Eat more healthily.
  • Manage stress and anxiety.
  • Lose weight.
  • Stop smoking.
  • Reduce drinking.
  • Build your confidence.

And we’re flexible. Our coaches can meet you wherever you feel most comfortable – at home, at the park – wherever works best.
