Weight management coaching

If you live in Brighton and Hove and want to lose weight, our friendly weight management coaches can help. Run in conjunction with Brighton & Hove Food Partnership, our team can offer:

  • Free one on one support at a time and place you choose.
  • Sensible, expert advice on food and meal planning.
  • Help with setting goals and getting active.
  • On-going support via phone, text or email.

Pre-diabetes prevention programme

We run a free, three-hour programme for people who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or who have been identified as being at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. The course focuses on helping people reduce that risk and identifies small, manageable changes individuals can make to their diet, activity levels and other lifestyle factors.

Courses run across Mid Sussex in partnership with Mid Sussex District Council.

Back to Exercise programme offers fun, low-intensity exercise courses for people aged over 18 across Mid Sussex. It’s a great way to get active in a friendly, informal setting. Sessions include Pilates, walking football and Zumba.

Courses run for 12 weeks, cost just £12 and take place in venues across Mid Sussex.

We offer free one-to-one support to people looking to make positive lifestyle changes and improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Working with Mid Sussex District Council, we provide support to people aged 18 or over who live in the local area.

Our wellbeing coaches can help you:

  • Increase your energy levels.
  • Eat more healthily.
  • Manage stress and anxiety.
  • Lose weight.
  • Stop smoking.
  • Reduce drinking.
  • Build your confidence.

And we’re flexible. Our coaches can meet you wherever you feel most comfortable – at home, at the park – wherever works best.
