Walking football

Walking football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country. It’s a slower, lower impact version of football.

Aimed at people over 50, walking football is a great way of enjoying all the health benefits of regular exercise at the same time as keeping the social aspects of being part of a team.

We offer two different levels of walking football, making sure that the charity has sessions suitable for everyone, regardless of whether they are returning to regular sport or looking for a way to keep playing.

There are currently walking football sessions running in Mid Sussex.
